Add to Cart will appear when you click on your preferred method and then you follow the usual rigmarole. The payment system is PayPal. (Please ignore 'Backordered'.)

If you don't have PayPal email me and I will forward you my bank details for EFT payment.

As I have previously stated you should only need one consultation provided you take my advice and stick to it. However, if you feel you'd like more than one consultation then you can increase the default quantity from 1 to whatever you think you need. This is probably more relevant to clients who require ongoing mentoring with puppies, adopted dogs, or working dogs in urban homes.

Phone or video consults are $225 each no matter how many you book. In home consults are $350 each.

After completing your payment scroll further down the page to see 'AFTER YOU BOOK' and what steps you need to take to set up our consultation. It's all pretty simple.

After You Book

Email me using the contact email form and let me know you've made your booking.

Pick a time and day you'd like your consultation and let me know. I'll work in to suit you.

Provide a very brief description of the behaviour, e.g. 'constant barking' or 'destructive behaviour'.

Take some photos of our dog from above and the side so I can see what condition he or she is in. That's really important.

Video of your dog, if possible, particularly video of the problem behaviour, would be really helpful.

I'll respond and supply my mobile number. You can text me the pics and video etc and we'll take it from there.

Once your payment is cleared we can have your consult any time thereafter but it is important that everyone in the house, or everyone who has significant interaction with your dog, should be present for the consultation. Everyone needs to be on the same page to overcome behavioural issues.
